You can either “Add to Bag” (shopping cart) then print out the shopping cart page or you can write down the information on a piece of paper. Then mail your order to Us at the address below. Keep in mind, it will take approximately 7-14 days or more from the day you mail your order to us before you have your order in hand. We ship all orders the same day or next business day from the day we receive your order. All funds must be in US Dollar Currency only.
